Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 February 2026

1. About HelloSunday

HelloSunday is a social media content tool designed for schools and education sector organisations. It analyses the tone, voice, and style of your existing social media content and uses this to generate caption suggestions and copy that reflect how your school communicates.

HelloSunday is a product created and operated by Navyblur Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ in these Terms refer to Navyblur Ltd.

By subscribing to or using HelloSunday, you (‘the Client’) agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you are agreeing on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

HelloSunday provides the following services depending on your subscription plan:

  • Access to the HelloSunday platform, allowing you to connect your school’s social media accounts and generate caption suggestions (self-service)
  • Done-for-you caption and content creation, where our team uses the HelloSunday platform to produce content on your behalf

The specific services included in your subscription will be confirmed at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify features of the platform at any time, provided this does not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

HelloSunday is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise Navyblur Ltd to charge your chosen payment method each month on or around the same date as your original purchase.

Subscription fees are set out on the HelloSunday pricing page or as agreed in writing. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied where required under UK law.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. We reserve the right to suspend access to HelloSunday if payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days.

We may update our pricing with 30 days’ written notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at xander+hellosunday@navyblur.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to HelloSunday until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing period, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription at any time if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using HelloSunday, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when setting up your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised individuals
  • Ensure you have the authority to connect your school’s social media accounts to HelloSunday
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the HelloSunday platform or its outputs

If you are using HelloSunday on behalf of a school, you are responsible for ensuring that appropriate internal permissions and governance are in place before connecting social media accounts.

6. Connecting Social Media Accounts

HelloSunday connects to Facebook and Instagram via the Meta Graph API. By connecting your accounts, you grant HelloSunday permission to read your posts, captions, profile information, and engagement data for the purposes of tone analysis and content generation.

You can revoke this access at any time through your Facebook or Instagram settings. Revoking access will prevent HelloSunday from retrieving new data, but will not automatically delete data already stored. To request deletion of stored data, please contact us directly.

You confirm that you are an authorised administrator of any social media accounts you connect to HelloSunday.

7. Intellectual Property

All captions, copy, and content suggestions generated by HelloSunday on your behalf are provided for your use. Once delivered, you own the right to use, edit, publish, and adapt that content as you see fit.

Navyblur Ltd retains ownership of the HelloSunday platform, its underlying technology, methodology, and any proprietary systems used to deliver the service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform or its technology to you.

You retain full ownership of your school’s existing social media content and data. By connecting your accounts, you grant Navyblur Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the HelloSunday service.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your school’s social media data, content, and any information shared with us as confidential. We will not share your content, data, or identity with other clients or third parties except as required to deliver the service or as set out in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, methods, or pricing shared with you by Navyblur Ltd that is not publicly available.

9. Safeguarding and Education Sector Obligations

HelloSunday is designed for use by schools and education sector organisations. We understand the heightened responsibilities that come with operating in this sector.

HelloSunday only accesses publicly visible social media content and does not access, store, or process any data relating to pupils or students. No pupil data of any kind is requested, collected, or used by our service.

It is your responsibility as the Client to ensure that any content you ask us to generate or publish complies with your school’s safeguarding policies, communication guidelines, and any obligations under the Education Act or other applicable legislation.

10. Limitation of Liability

HelloSunday is a content support tool. We do not guarantee that captions or content generated through the service will achieve any particular level of engagement, reach, or outcome on social media.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navyblur Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of HelloSunday, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputational damage, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Availability and Support

We aim to keep HelloSunday available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.

Support is available by emailing xander+hellosunday@navyblur.co.uk. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this document. Changes take effect 14 days after notification unless you cancel your subscription before that date.

Continued use of HelloSunday after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HelloSunday shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
