Why you need video (even without a videographer)
I know, I know. Why would someone trying to encourage you to book me write an article about ways to not hire one!?
Well, budget is budget. I’d love an Aston Martin and they’re totally worth their price tag, but doesn’t change my bank account.
So here are some options which could help, I’d rather you have any form of video even if it doesn’t involve me.

Love our photos? Then you’ll love my videos. It’s the same brain whether I’m your photographer or there to catch the movin’ and the groovin’. In the moment, close to the action and buttering up your guests so they’ll throw extra big shapes on the dance floor.
GO WITH THE FLOW
Things change on the day? No problem, I’m ready for anything you could throw at me… unless it’s a really heavy object. You can give me a heads up about that one.
DON’T PANIC
Not sure you want to see yourself on video like one of those awkward moving portraits from Harry Potter? I get it, but most of the time you won’t even know I’m there. Like how I bet you didn’t notice me behind you just now. Yep, I’m that good.

CAN WE HAVE THE CEREMONY AND SPEECHES recorded too?
Good question. Yep those can be added on for an additional cost. Although they might not be the parts you watch every anniversary, give it 10 years and you’ll be glad you have them.
How do you choose the music for our videos?
I usually get a vibe for what might work best on the day and then again when I’m looking back over the footage. I’m mostly drawn to 90s Hip-Hop or EDM tracks (just kidding). I also obtain the music licence so it’s good to be shared online!
How long after the wedding do we receive our videos?
Wow you’re so keen! The short teaser will usually be within the first 2 weeks and the full length highlights can take up 16 weeks depending on what package you choose.
What length are the videos we recieve?
Depending on which package you choose, you will get a certain amount of time for the highlights video as well as a little teaser!
How many hours will you be with us on the day?
Usually, I turn up for the last 1-2hours of getting ready prep and then depending on which package you choose, I will be with you until dinner or until the first 30 minutes of dance floor madness.
Will you ask us to wave at the camera?
Do you want me to ask you to wave at the camera? I am all about capturing you and your guests having the time of your lives and would prefer that you pretend I wasn’t there. Except when I tell a joke, then you can laugh and tell me how funny you think I am.
